Eva's is closing on September 29th and had to get one last visit in. Time to indulge and had one of their blizzard like specials and it was so good.

Stopping at Eva's is an absolute must in summer! We probably go every other week. Typical ice cream stand goodies. Typical prices. They don't mind if you bring your dog on a leash, and ours loves her baby cone! If you're in Lake O you have to stop at Eva's.

This is a classic ice cream shop for anyone in Lake Orion, or honestly any surrounding town, and the staff is usually friendly and quick. Today I had to settle for just friendly, unfortunate. Not that I really minded because I had no plans, but there was a line after my family of 5 ordered that there wasn't before, still the ice cream is AMAZING.

Always been going here since I was a kid. Great prices and delicious ice cream and other yummy treats.

This is my favorite ice cream stand, but that's for reasons more than just excellent ice cream.I like the area and the people working there are always friendly.

The ice cream is good and affordable and served fast. My only problem is the lack of seating there's like 5 benches

Delicious ice cream, surprisingly cosy and homey ambiance, and quick, clean service, and fair pricing. These 1950's ice cream parlors are a rarity but gems; there's nothing like getting a cone on a warm summer evening and watching the headlights go by while you shoot the breeze with your friends.

Nice place for Ice Cream. But is a cash only place. Though good frozen confections. I have to only give it 4 star for being cash only.

First time here, I was recommended by my neighbor. The ice cream is top notch. Homemade and delicious. I got the almond joy cyclone. My wife got their puppy chow, they are both Very good. They don't skimp on the ingredients. You get what you pay for. Very polite and fast. Definitely not dairy queen wait times. My new favorite ice cream parlor.

Most popular spot in Lake Orion on a summer night,had to be fifty people in line and it was almost ten PM

Eva’s Dairy Cafe is a Lake Orion classic that will satisfy your sweet tooth. It is always a sign that summer is coming when they open in the spring. But it is always sad to see them close in September knowing the cool weather is knocking on the door. There is usually a line in the warm weather months but that is because no one does ice cream better and it is worth the wait. It is a passage of summer here in Lake Orion to get served at Eva’s.

It is one of my FAVORITE ice cream shops. The seating outside is nice and you get to watch cars go by. The restroom is kept clean and tidy as well. They have the best cookies and cream ice cream! They are cash only though.

It's Eva's! What's not to love? I've had the same Eva's order since elementary school, yet somehow I always forget that they're cash only 😂 Having a credit card reader would be a great addition, but the ice cream is always fantastic!

Eva's is the classic home town ice cream store. It's not part of a large chain and has its own homemade ice cream. They have also sponsored local youth baseball and softball teams for decades. Their walls are lined with pictures and plaques from all of the teams they sponsored. Eva's is a fixture in Lake Orion and well worth visiting!

Always a great spot to enjoy ice cream! I've been going here since 1981. My softball team at St Joe's would walk to Eva's to get a special treat after winning a game. I love this place!

They only take cash.But i loved getting ice cream from here! They have wonderfully wide variety of flavors and the textures are good as well for a pretty good price.

Pretty good place but boring. Has the potential to be so much better.

Went with 1 other. Did not know anything about the ice cream shop until we stumbled across it. Staff were very friendly and efficient, even on a busy day today we got our ice cream almost as soon as we finished paying. Only downside I can think of is it was "cash only" when we got there, so be sure to put enough paper cash in your wallet before going! Ice cream is reasonably priced and quite tasty. I definitely would recommend this place to friends!

They always have the best icecream! Friendly staff. Stop in any time I'm in town. I will go out of my way just to stop! I live 50 miles one way and would drive just for Eva's! Nothing like! Thank you EVA!
